For this project, me and my group were asked to create a brand and design for an adult inpatient healthcare facility located in Denver Colorado. The design scope, customized through research & an understanding of user needs, includes the lobby & reception area, milieu space, courtyard, group/art therapy room, patient rooms & toilet rooms, staff work charting area/lounge, exam room, consult rooms, quiet room, and various storage spaces. Our main priority in this design was to create a facility that feels comfortable, safe, and relaxing for the patients by incorporating warm colors, residential elements, and simple patterns and shapes.
