SENIOR THESIS – NEUROINCLUSIVE CO-WORKING HUB

INVOLVE is a 20,000 sq. ft. co-working hub designed for neuroinclusivity, where workers of all varieties can feel that their workplace needs are not just met, but exceeded. Universal design principles and the WELL Building Standard will help shape baseline goals in regards to sensory needs. The target demographic includes hybrid or work-from-home employees, small business owners, contract workers, and even travelling employees who need an office space away from home.

SERVING BOWLS

Ceramic

For this ceramic project, I am creating 5 large serving bowls. Two of the serving bowls are inspired by fabric and will rise and fall organically, much like fabric does. Three of the serving bowls will be covered in 3D flowers and I will also pipe flowers with a piping bag and icing-textured clay.

MAHJONG TILE SET

For my Nonwestern Art History course, me and my group are creating a Mahjong Tile Set out of ceramic stoneware. Upon completion, we will present the tile set to the class and teach everyone how to play!
